A Sanctuary of Care
For Women by Women

Built from the ground up in Texas—trusted by women who turned shared wisdom into household sovereignty.

Beginning Your Journey with a Recoup Doula

WHO WE ARE

At Recoup, we are creating more than a service, we are curating a circle of care designed for women, by women.

Our work is not about products or programs; it is about people. About you. About the moments when your world asks for strength, yet what you need most is to be held, guided, and restored.

We believe in the quiet power of women showing up for one another. We honor your efforts—whether in home, career, or healing—and we stand beside you with tools, wisdom, and encouragement.

Rooted in legacy. Built on love. Shaped by the belief that no woman should have to rise alone.

This is Recoup: a sanctuary, a partner, and a neighborhood of care you can lean into—so you can keep becoming who you were always meant to be.

What becomes possible

Simultaneous wholeness:
Caring for you and then you can care

  1. Imagine being fully present for the people you love without losing yourself.

  2. Restoring your energy while still showing up for others.

  3. Feeling grounded, clear, and emotionally resourced.

  4. Finally experiencing what you’ve longed for: their needs met and your heart replenished.

Service Overview

With grace and professionalism, Recoup creates a soft landing for the moments when you most need a reset and a space where hope is rekindled, balance is restored, and your inner strength can quietly resurface.

This is not clinical care, nor is it a luxury indulgence. It is an intimate, essential support system tailored for women who give so much to the world, and now deserve to be profoundly cared for in return.

Over 70% of high-achieving women report chronic emotional fatigue and decision overload at home, despite access to external resources.

Invisible labor—planning, emotional regulation, and household orchestration—is disproportionately carried by women, even in households with paid help.

High-achieving women are 3x more likely to experience burnout from domestic fragmentation, not professional demands.

Your wellbeing deserves care to reinstate you back to where you should be.  Every Recoup Doula is an expert in both presence and practice: blending the nurturing art of emotional support with the clarity of attention and the forward vision of coaching.

Your Recoup Doula becomes a trusted ally—someone who sees you in your fullness, honors your humanity, and walks beside you through seasons of exhaustion, transition, or quiet rebuilding.

Get yours now.

"I am deeply thankful for the care and support. During one of the most difficult seasons of my life, it was a gift to be reminded that my own wellbeing mattered too. Having someone step in to help allowed me the rare chance to rest, to breathe, and to focus on regaining my strength while my baby was in the NICU.

As mothers, we so often pour ourselves into everyone else, forgetting how vital it is to be cared for in return. This experience showed me the power of being held, supported, and nurtured—it refilled my cup in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. Because of that, I was able to show up for my family with renewed energy and love.

Thank you for making such a profound difference in my journey."

-- â€‹Entrepreneur & Mother, Redondo Beach

"I’ve had chefs, nannies, house managers. None of them understood what I needed. This was different. She didn’t just help—she attuned. My home feels like mine again." — Executive, NW Houston

"We shared the same spiritual foundation, and she understood my home as a living system. I didn’t have to teach her how to care for me—she already knew how to listen." — Founding Circle Member, Cypress

This is not therapy.

This is not domestic outsourcing.

This is strategic restoration.

"Traditional support systems—like elder women, extended family, and community aunties—have faded, leaving women without trusted guidance or a safe emotional foundation at home."

Most wellness and therapy models overlook the household as a source of emotional harm and breakdown, focusing only on the individual’s problems.

"Women with money are often seen as 'fine' or 'well-off,' which hides the real gaps in their relationships and home lives."

About Our Founder

profile.webp

Maya Bechi has known sorrow like a sister. She has carried loss in the soft cradle of her chest and still stood tall enough to lift others.

A trauma-informed special educator, her calling was not born in the classroom alone—but in the quiet ache of her own life. Grief did not knock politely. It moved in. It sat at her table and stood in the doorway of her heart every morning.

But help didn’t come. What she longed for was her mother’s hands, or the quiet company of a friend who wouldn’t ask her to explain her tears. The home, her home, had become a workplace but not her sanctuary.

In those sacred walls, Maya learned that healing does not happen in sterile rooms or cold doctor's offices. Healing, for her, had to be woven into the very fabric of everyday life—in the laundry, the meals, the whispered prayers, the space between meetings and studying. She came to reject that home had become a workplace. It is not a place to perform. It is a temple. A refuge. A sacred ground for restoration.

So she listened—to the deep hum of her spirit—and she built Recoup Internal and curated the Mothering the Woman support system. It was not just a vision; it was a vow. A vow to the women like her: high-functioning, heart-heavy, and quietly unraveling. She is building a bridge between women and trusted wellness providers with the ancient practice of women care. Experts who would meet them not in their productivity, but in their humanity. In their kitchens. In their grief. In their hope.

Maya's story is not one of easy healing. It is one of returning. Of learning to breathe again in the space that matters most. At home.
