Inclusive Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Teacher to join our dynamic team for the AY 2025-2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting inclusive strategies that meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement inclusive strategies that meet the students' diverse learning needs.
Provide differentiated instruction and support to individuals or small groups of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Conduct assessments to identify the students' diverse learning needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the Inclusion team and parents.
Work closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists to create a collaborative support network for students.
Implement evidence-based interventions and accommodations to address diverse learning needs.
Stay updated on best practices, research, and advancements in the field of inclusion.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all students.
Skills:

The successful candidate will have:

B.Ed./M.Ed. in Special Education
The ability to share outstanding practice
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning
An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
